Hey, so this is my first time posting to this community so I hope it's not against the rules. Please feel freee to delete it if it is!
I have a question that I hope that one of all you fellow crazy Jam-fans can answer: Who started working first at Dunder Mifflin, JIm or Pam?
It's something I've never really figured out because it seems that various statements they make throughout the seasons contradict one another, and I 'd really love to know it because I am as a matter of fact writing a Jim/Pam story where that information would be quite crucial.
I really hope someone over here can help me! :) Please let me know if you have any facts/ideas/theories, I'd very much appreciate it!
UPDATED!
Oh I just found this on: http://theoffice.wikia.com/wiki/Pam_Beesly
"Debate persists over whether Jim or Pam started at Dunder Mifflin first, as various episodes seem to contradict themselves. Greg Daniels has stated that, in his mind, Pam was there before Jim; however, if this is correct, than either Pam's March 2002 start date or the statement that Jim has been at Dunder Mifflin for seven years must be incorrect. In "Launch Party," Jim tells Pam he first discovers he likes her when she showed him his desk on his first day of work. Daniels admits that he realizes the contradictions and says this is not something set in stone."
I think I'll definitely go with Pam, then.
Thank you so much for all your answers! :)
